Gartner-Based AI Maturity Assessment for Banking

Welcome to the Banking AI Maturity Assessment Tool.

This tool is designed to help you benchmark your institution's AI capabilities against the Gartner AI Maturity Model, specifically adapted for the Financial Services sector.

STEPS:
1. Go to the 'Assessment & Targets' tab.
2. For each capability, select your Current Maturity Level (1-5) from the dropdown.
- 1: Planning (Ad-hoc, Shadow IT)
- 2: Experimenting (PoCs, Innovation Lab)
- 3: Stabilization (Standardized Tools, Production governance)
- 4: Scaling (Automated MLOps, Integrated into Core Products)
- 5: Leading (AI-First Strategy, Industry shaper)
3. Select your Target Maturity Level (Where you need to be in 12-18 months).
4. The 'Gap' will calculate automatically.
5. Assign a Priority (High/Medium/Low) based on business urgency.
6. View the 'Gap Visualization Data' tab for a summary.
