1	It's for those who are skilled!		Terms & Conditions:
2			1) Writing Skills and Representational Skills to be monitored for required coaching/training/feedback. Any re-work opportunity in an assignment is supposed to get only one opportunity with necessary coaching/training/feedback, if required.
3			2) Assignment would be provided based on availability and business opportunities to be in sync and observing behaviour to be suitably aligned with (Any delayed submission has seperate same day PPW deduction rules to be applied, with the feedback opportunity).
4			3) Required coaching would not deduct PPW. However, repeated coaching would turn on the feedback opportunities & it would revise the Monthly Deal PPW and repeated re-work opportunities would possibly impact upcoming job opportunities questioning on reliability.
5			4) Timeline is expected strictly to be followed. Extended submission time or any negotiation on timeline as per own convenient would may not provide any re-work opportunity. It would directly lead to re-assign the assignment to an expert for our client satisfaction!
6			5) IF it is required to communicate through any channels after submission of the assignments for any re-work opportunity and if we observe any behavioural issue, it would lead to cancellation of the assignment as well as business deal with the @ disciplinary action.
