This document is intended to faciliate frequency coordination in the FRS/GMRS service for users within the Woodside Fire Protection Distrtict areas.
2
Given the limited number of frequencies and high usage of the FRS/GMRS service, it is expected there will be interference with other users. The best we can do
3
is know our local users and attempt to plan frequency assignments to avoid nearby interference.

CERT teams primarily use the GMRS repeaters for coordination during a major incident. Tuesday night radio practice on WD1 and PV1 repeaters occur weekly at 7:30pm.
38
We have GMRS1-7 channels programmed in our radios, however we do not expect to be using these frequencies operationally as we have other tactical channels we will primarily use.
39
Our full radio frequency plan is available on wpv-cert.org/radio
