1. Incline Dumbbell Press
4
When it comes to building your upper chest, you have a few choices. The top two options that come to mind are the incline barbell press and the incline dumbbell press. Both are great, but dumbbell incline presses are better. This is because you have a better range of motion with dumbbells and muscular imbalances can be improved with dumbbells because both arms have to do the lifting. When training with barbells, the stronger arm can compensate for the weaker one.

2. One-Arm Dumbbell Rows
7
If you want to build up your lats and upper back fast, then start doing one-arm dumbbell rows. Don't go too heavy because you want to focus on squeezing your back muscles hard as you perform the exercise. Another way of doing this exercise is to lay down on an incline bench. You can either do it with one-arm, or you can use both arms. The choice is up to you, but regardless of which way you do it, you will be on your way to packing on serious upper back mass.

3. Farmer's Walk
10
One of the most neglected exercises is the Farmer's Walk. The training is performed by holding a pair of heavy dumbbells by your side and walking with them for between 30 seconds and two minutes. The Farmer's Walk can help you build back muscles, traps, and forearms. They are even useful for building up your calves and glutes. Here's a tip, do a few sets of Farmer Walks before and after your leg workouts.

There are hundreds of exercises you can do, but the above are some of the must-dos. If you haven't been using Farmer Walks, one-arm dumbbell rows or incline dumbbell presses, then you're missing out. Start including them into your workout routines, and before you know it, you will be building more muscle.
