We will be switching schools for a day in March or in April, a group with go there and a group from Stamford will come here.
Find what what we want to do when the Stamford kids come here.
Set up an itinerary for when they come.
The price for a few pizzas.
We will probably get pizza for them and show them the taxidermy and maple sugaring.
Build unity between our FFA Chapters and work off of what we learned from them.
Discuss what we learned after the two visits. Form ideas based on what we learned.
We learn about what other FFA chapters do in our state.
Collect knowledge to be implemented to better our agricultural practices.
Take notes on what we learn about at Stamford.

Setting Up The Nature Trail
By the second week of starting we want to have had the trail widened to three feet to allow for walking space.
We will be starting approximate the first week of May.
This should not cost much and there will be no income from this project
We will be using a weed wacker, loppers, and saws
While the cold weather is still in place, we will make wood duck houses by the end of April.
On March 14th we will be making wood duck houses.
We will need some money for the wood, but there will be no income from this.
We will try to contact white memorial to see if they need any or take the boxes.

Set up for the career fair the day before
We will stay after school on April 1st. We will set up all tables and equipment needed for the career fair.
This will be required of all committee members to attend.
We will contact all potential personal to attend the career fair to talk to the students
I assigned each member a role in this process. Each person should contact their assigned person(s) by the next committee meeting.
We will let each contacted person know when and where it will take place, as well as what they will be doing.
The committee will create a question sheet to encourage all FFA members participating to go around to all of the careers.
A few members have already created the question sheet draft. We all need to go over it. We will also select the mandatory questions each kid will answer, and determine the questions that aren't mandatory.
The mandatory questions will be a part of a requirement. The required questions will give reasons to the students participating to visit a majority of the booths, not just their favorite. The other questions will just help everyone to continue their conversations and broaden their horizons.
We will purchase food and drinks for the personal we are inviting
We will purchase everyone on or prior to April 2nd, the date of the career fair.
This is so all who are visiting will feel welcomed. We will purchase light breakfast (such as donuts) as the fair will be held during block 1. We will also purchase coffees and teas and waters for the same reason.
