24
Cell:Name:Explanation:
25
B3Team MembersAdd your team members below. Fee free to adjust the rows to your personal needs and cycles.
26
C3Roles/SkillsChose the role of your colleague. This will be reflected in the pie-chart below. You can add more roles in the "Roles"-Tab. Do not forget to adjust/check the "data validation".
27
T2:U3Availablity meetingThis is the sum of the row minus the sum of the hours of all team meetings. In case the team member is not working (0 h) on that day, the hours of team meetings for that particular day will be added again.
28
V2:W3Availablity bufferThis is R2/R3 minus the buffer (calculated: 1-"buffer, Example 1-"10%" = 90%).
29
D2/E2Working daysEnter the number of working days per sprint.
30
D3Hours per dayEnter the hours per day per person.
31
E3AllocationThis explains how much a person contributes to a sprint.
Calculation: ("Availablity minus buffer") devided by
("Hours per day" multiplied with "Working days" minus "Time in meetings")
32
B13BufferIf you're already tracking/subtracting additional work on team-member-level you can set the buffer (T11) to 0%. Some team members work on other projects, chapers or guilds and therefore can't contribute to 100%.
33
F4-S12Hours Enter the hours a person is available per day.
Conditional formatting:
0-1 = red (because the person will not really work/be productive on that day)
2-6= yellow (person works but not the full day)
7-8= green (person works fully dedicated on the sprint)
Feel free to adjust it to your own/team preferences.
34
B17Team MeetingsYou can rename/change the team meetings according to your ceremonies.
35
B25One-on-OnesIf every team member has 1:1s on different days you can just add them flat in one of the fields.
36
F18Time0.25 = 15 minutes
37
B28Available hours: Roles & SkillsThis chart can help you beforehand to better know what to prioritize based on the available roles/skills.
38
J28Available hours: Team membersHere you can see how much each person will contribute to the sprint.
In case some people have specific knowledge/are needed you should plan how share the knowledge or handover responsibilities and plan accordingly.
39
Y2Roles/Skill DistributionThis is a list of all roles from the Tab "Roles/Skills". You can remove or add more roles/skills.
Don't forget to adjust the data validation for:
C4-C10 & W4-W10,
as well as adding new rows in case you add more roles/skills + new columns if you add more team members.
