The Dynamic Wrestling Curriculum is a comprehensive approach to mastering the art of wrestling. It starts off at a very basic level that is appropriate for beginners, and then gradually increases in complexity and physical difficulty. It will provide a great foundation for beginners without teaching bad habits that are difficult to break later on. The strong focus on gymnastics, coordination, and physical exercise will lead to an excellent athletic foundation. Whether you are trying to become the next national champion, earn a spot on the varsity team, or simply win your first match, the dynamic wrestling curriculum will help you achieve your goals.

How to use the Curriculum: Click on each movement to watch it's corresponding video. Each movement should be practiced until it is fast and smooth, with perfect accuracy. To become perfectly accurate, practice slowly. Practice does not make perfect, practice makes permanent. Only perfect practice makes perfect. Every wrestler has a limited amount of time to spend practicing, so he should attempt to space repetition for optimal memorization. You will be tested on your mastery of all movements and on physical fitness objectives appropriate for each level. By the time you complete the Dynamic Wrestling Curriculum, you will be an excellent wrestler in fantastic shape.

Information about testing:
6
Wrestlers will be graded on each movement, on physical fitness, and sometimes on a written portion. There are 4 potential grades: Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, or Fail (E, G, S, or F). Grades below excellent will be re-tested on all subsequent tests until they score an excellent. Wrestlers need to score satisfactory or better on every movement to pass; a single fail results in a fail for the entire test; they also need to score a G or better for all items from 1 test previous, and an E or better for all items from 2 tests previous. For example, if you are testing for level 3, you must score all Es for level 1 items, and all Gs for the level 2 items, or else you will fail the level 3 test. This is how we will make sure wrestlers are achieving mastery. You are not allowed to test beyond level 3 with the coach you do private lessons with, this is to ensure quality contro; our coaches will be very strict with grading. You will receive a copy of the test after completion, with notes from the coach.

When a level is passed with all perfect scores, we will highlight it in green.
