How the calculator works

1. Enter shipment details and commercial information on the "Shipment Inputs" sheet.

2. Enter every shipment cost once in the central "Cost Input Table" — costs are never re-entered per Incoterm.

3. The "Incoterms Calculation Engine" applies the ICC Incoterms® 2020 responsibility rules to split each cost between seller and buyer, for all 11 rules simultaneously.
