Values/Goals journey

(if the answer to all the questions below are yes, then score yourself "green." if the answer to all is "no," then score yourself "red." If it's mixed, then you might be "yellow."

Ask yourself:
Does this part of the journey create visibility into this value or evaluate for adherence to this value?
Does this part of the journey perpetuate this value?
Are we telling all the right stories and taking all the right actions at this part of the journey to support this value (this one is harder - be honest - could you be doing more)?
Additional guidance on prioritizing touchpoints depending on size/scale

As you scale beyond 500 employees you will want to focus on highlighting and perpetuating your core values at all aspects of the employee lifecycycle, however at earlier stage you may not have the time to dedicate to all of these touchpoints along the employee lifecycle.

The most impactful touchpoints sub 50 employees are: find role, interview, and onboarding.

As you scale up to 150 employees, perf review (which will feed into the cash and equity cycles) becomes equally critical as a high impact touchpoint that will directly impact belief in, and adherence to, your values.
