21	Teams are formed by preliminary totals in the International History Bee World Championships. That event is seeded
22	by Battery Exam results and performance in National History Bee / International History Bee events. The highest
23	scoring students in an affiliation form the A Team, the next highest form the B team, etc. If two (or more) students have
24	identical preliminary round totals, then the tiebreaker is Battery Exam scores. If the same students are tied on Battery Exam
25	scores, then a tiebreaker buzzer question is played to determine rank for team formation, if necessary.
