2 | Download Instructions | To download a copy of the Relationship Anarchy Negotiation Spreadsheet, please click on "File," "Save as Google Sheets," and save to your individual Google Drive. Please note: if you choose to download as an Excel file, some formatting will be removed (ex: color coding, drop down menus, etc). Recommendations: Download a blank copy for yourself and make additional copies when completing with another human. Save your "Meaning and Personal Description" to copy/paste into multiple spreadsheets if completing for various relationships. |
3 | Samples Provided | Column A: Category segments listed. Add in options available at the bottom of Column A to customize categories if Human 1 or Human 2 have additional categories to be considered for negotiation (labeled "MISC (CUSTOMIZE)"). Column B: Sample meaning/definitions for reference. Column C: Suggestions for discussing negotiated engagements. Prompts are provided options to guide conversation; individuals completing the RA Spreadsheet are welcome to add any additional prompts that will best serve their relationship(s). |

5 | Step 2 | Human 1 and Human 2 set time for discussion and review each category to identify alignment and/or misalignment on definitions/perspectives for each individual category. |
6 | Step 3 | Upon individual completion of Step 2, Human 1 and Human 2 review each section collectively for negotiation in Column F. Options include: Yes (hell yes, in total alignment) Yes, and... (hell yes, and also add...) Yes, but... (yes, but with boundaries) Maybe... (possible, needs further discussion) No, but...
