Purpose(a) verify every bundled dependency is listed; (b) verify each dependency's license assignment is correct.

How to review1. Open your assigned tab. For each row: look up the upstream project and confirm the license in column D matches what upstream declares.

2. Set 'Verified' to Y / N / Unclear.

3. Put your email in 'Verified by (email)' so we know who signed off.

4. Use 'Notes' for issues: wrong license, missing attribution, transitive-only, etc.

5. If you know of a bundled dep NOT listed anywhere, add a row at the bottom of your tab and write 'MISSING FROM LICENSE-binary' in Notes.
