As the sole owner and operator, Jason Baumgartner oversees the strategic direction and operations of the company. JB International specializes in offering services tailored to its clients' needs, leveraging its expertise to provide customized solutions. There are no parent or subsidiary companies associated with JB International, making it an independent entity focused on delivering value directly through its core business activities. Trilby Suite was formulated to be a comprehensive student, scholar, and employee application, with integration with SEVIS, FLAG, and USCIS. 26	COMP-04	Do you have a dedicated information security staff or office?	Yes	JB International does not have a dedicated Information Security staff or office at this time. Instead, security is a shared responsibility across the small team. A dedicated Infosec committee drives the security strategy, with a strong focus on application and data security. Trilby Suite, the company's primary product, is designed to be a secure, end-to-end immigration case management system, with measures in place to protect both the users and their data. As JB International grows, the need for a dedicated Information Security team will be reevaluated to ensure continued focus on security. 27	COMP-05	Use this area to share information about your environment that will assist those who are assessing your company's data security program.	Trilby Suite is hosted within Azure Government Cloud in a tenant managed by JB International and meant only for the Trilby Suite platform. The application is built with Java and Flutter for the front-end, with JavaScript (on the nodejs platform) used as the language for the server-side code. Trilby Suite is developed with Azure Platform-as-a-Service, using the App Services suite, meaning that Azure is responsible for maintaining and monitoring all of the infrastructure used to run the application. This allows the team at JB International to put a heavy focus on application security, as well as data security. JB International LLC is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant data environment to protect sensitive information. Key aspects of our data security program include: Data Encryption: All data, both at rest and in transit, is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols to ensure that it remains secure and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals. Access Control: We implement strict access control measures, including role-based access and multi-factor authentication (MFA), to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data. Regular Audits and Monitoring: Our systems are regularly audited and monitored to detect and respond to any potential security threats. We use automated tools and manual reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and security. Employee Training: All employees undergo regular training on data security best practices, including recognizing phishing attempts, handling sensitive information, and adhering to company security policies. Incident Response Plan: We have a comprehensive incident response plan in place to quickly and effectively respond to any data security incidents. This plan includes steps for containment, investigation, notification, and remediation. Data Backup and Recovery: Regular data backups are performed, and we have established data recovery procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of data loss or system failure. Compliance: JB International adheres to relevant data protection regulations and industry standards, including GDPR and other applicable laws, to ensure the privacy and security of client data. Physical Security: Our facilities are equipped with physical security measures, such as secure access points and surveillance, to prevent unauthorized physical access to our data centers and offices. By implementing these measures, JB International ensures a robust data security program designed to protect client information and maintain trust in our services.
