2	Goal	Finances	The Plan
3	Spend summers sailing the Caribbean with my family. Visit new islands, experience different cultures, try new food, make new friends. Give the kids experiences they can't get on a screen that they'll never forget. Build great family memories, and strengthen family ties. Teach the kids self-reliance, hard work, critical thinking skills, and help them develop an appreciation for this beautiful planet and all the amazing blessings they have.	We will finance initial costs through the sale of our business. Ongoing expenses will come from rental properties and savings account. Currently, rental income is $1,000 per month. Working on additional properties for passive income.	Continue attending local yacht club activities and get as much time on water as possible. Upgrade into a daysalier to sail on local lakes. Week long live-aboard in Summer 2020 to complete ASA 101, 103, 104. Attend a boat show and get on as many boats as possible to see what we want/need/prefer. Improve children's swimming skills and get them as much time as possible on the boat at local lakes. Get a life jacket for the dumb dog. Do a week charter in Caribbean or Hawaii in late 2020 or early 2021.

6	Dad - 38	Sailed a Hobie Holder one time and almost died	We will need a boat with 4 cabins (5 if possible) and 2+ heads. Seating for a family of 6 in the dining area. A kitchen that can support cooking for 6 (counter space, food storage, water storage).
