Craft Owners and Operators:

We're not going to give you the standard preamble. We all know the situation. What's most important now is making informed decisions and doing what we can to ride this thing out successfully. This planning tool is designed to facilitate those decisions by answering a set of key questions:

First: With your last 12 months of P&L performance as a baseline, and given the best, worst, and most likely sales reduction scenarios extracted from the information you have on the ground paired with industry-wide data, how much runway do you have?

Second:
What expense reduction and cash infusion levers can you pull to extend that runway?

Third: How do you prioritize which relief, debt/capital, deferment, expense reduction options to pursue and when should they happen?

This will be an uncomfortable exercise. But it's what’s needed, from the financial perspective, to steady the hand, identify what's in your control, and give your business the best chance of making it through for everyone to enjoy on the back end of this thing.

Godspeed.
