4 | Instructions for filling up the Sheet This is a master template. Sharing this sheet using Google share option isn't possible. Please go to File Menu >Make a Copy and create a copy of this sheet for yourself. Please make the entries in Google Sheets itself and not by downloading an opening this file on MS Excel or any other software 1. Enter Your name in the cell where 'SELF/YOUR NAME' is written. Or edit to to 'Self' . 2. The Sheet titled Main Logbook Data is where your data will be filled. 3. There are formulas within the sheet to make your task easy and many fields will be filled automatically based on your selection. 4. Don't edit the formulas or default selections provided. 5. 2 rows have been filled to show you an example. 6. Start filling from left to right and based on your Selection of SE/ME, DUAL/PIC etc, the Single Engine timings and Multi Engine timings will be auto filled. 7. If you delete any formula by mitsake, copy it from a cell above or below and paste it in your deleted cell. 8. If you need to add extra rows, please don't use the option at the bottom. To add extra rows, click on the Extra Menu and Click 'Add 1000 Rows'. This ensures that the formulas are copied. 9. For ATPL aspirants - Please mark the STL/STOL column appropriately.
