Here is a sample spreadsheet to guide you.

Make a copy of this sheet and fill it out yourself (click ‘File’ and then ‘Make a copy’ in the top left of this document). We also recommend adding all of these people into your CRM, grouping them as 'vendors', then adding any key information about them in the contact notes.

These are just sample ideas - you should customize this list based on your network! Remember, it is best practice is to provide at least 3 recommendations to your client and emphasize that it's their decision on who to hire. If you are receiving a financial benefit from a referral, please make sure it is compliant with applicable federal and state rules, including but not limited to referrals, kickbacks and RESPA, and disclose that to your client.
