AdultChildEachFamily of 2Use the equivalent Disney Price for 1st trip's ticketsIf you are taking multiple trips within a year, this sheet will let you enter trip info, estimated costs & discounts to see if you will save more by upgrading to AP on your first trip.

Note: It is VERY hard to make an AP worth it for a single trip.

Hover over cells with triangles in the corner for additional info.

You should choose the type of ticket you normally buy to get the most accurate total. (Base tickets, e.g., will take more park days tickets to make an upgrade worth it.)

If you do not choose either type of Tables in Wonderland, the cost of TiW will NOT be included in the overall totals. HOWEVER, You can still enter discount percentages in the Red Expense boxes since you will likely be using standard AP discounts. (Just remember those don't include adult beverages like TiW. Adjust your "Percent Eligible" estimate as needed.)

The "OFF Site" totals include parking savings, while "ON Site" do not.

I am seeing a lot of people putting very unlikely ticket prices in their trips. If you do not put in actual prices this sheet will not give you a good estimate!

Food*MerchandiseHotel**Parking*If purchasing Tables in Wonderland, be sure to include any alcohol costs in the Food estimate!

**Is HOTEL useful to include? I am not sure about that. Can get many discounts WITHOUT an AP.

***Since not all Dining is eligible for Discounts, estimate the total % of your dining that will be.

WITHOUT AP DISCOUNTS Totals do not include Food, Merch, Hotel Savings but DO include MM Savings & Parking in OFF SITE section.
