OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

The Risk Registry and Action Plan reflects the current and recent levels of risks recognized by the officials and employees of the PNR. The overall objective of this plan is to identify, assess and manage strategic risks and opportunities that could affect the products and services of the PNR.

The Risk Registry and Action Plan is updated every year by the Corporate Planning Division, and changes are suggested by risk owners, composed of the Division and Department Managers. Changes can be proposed outside of the review cycle, should the administrative environment or risk landscape change.

The Risk Registry and Action Plan of the PNR is presented here under following inputs gathered over a series of workshops with risk owners.
