Country and region codes provided by Dr. Klein Goldewijk.

For the population-related sheets, I simply:
7
1. Imported the country-specific (popc_c.txt) and region-specific (popc_r.txt) data files (for the baseline scenario)
8
2. Deleted all rows with 0 population count for all years
9
3. Added a new column to each sheet for country/region name, drawing from a spreadsheet of country and region codes provided by the lead author
10
4. Replaced the static 'totals' row on each sheet with a =SUM() function
