Tidy room, put clothes in boxes, get boxes to trailer / cars to go to storage location, return trestle tables to hall. Other fair borrowed items (clothes racks, hangers and brown paper bags) to the container. Best if clothing is divided by parents and taken to various 2ndhand drop of locations around the city. Done! 2George Feedback from last year: only three people turned up and cleanup took several hours. There are a LOT of sturdy banana boxes to flatten, and the work is physically demanding. Please fill all six cleanup slots, including at least three physically strong helpers comfortable with box-flattening and heavy lifting.
