Leave just went from 12 to 16, which is why I only took 12. Also, we have a generous sabbatical policy (for anyone at the company more than 3 years), so it's more than just parents taking leave.

We have a mothers room, but not sure of any equipment.
Was surprised to learn that mothers had to use vacation time and short term disability leave. Thought we had a special allowance for parental leave. I'm not a mother yet or soon, but it makes me wary and want to save/have backup work options for then

Parental leave strange what happens does not line up with rules. "Primary parent" gets 6 weeks "secondary" gets 1 but no way to determine. Only ever seen men take 2 weeks off then part time for a few more in contrast to policy.

Adobe just changed its maternity leave policy to 6 months total (1 month before birth, 5 months after). But 1 month before is required by state of California. Before they changed the policy, most women took 5-6 months of partially paid leave.

We have a mother's room but for sanitary reasons, we provide our own equipment for use.

While pregnant, female employees are allowed to use the mother's room to take needed breaks. After returning from leave, the mother's room is available to use to pump or rest. We only have about 280 employees as of Feb 2016.
