The Office of Teacher Development, in partnership with Dr. Jamila Lyiscott, proudly
presents "Liberation Literacies Pedagogy." This collection of multi-modal online
learning sessions contains five professional learning modules modeled after the 5
A’s (Awareness, Agency, Actualization, Achievement, and Alteration) of Dr.
Lyiscott’s Liberation Literacies Pedagogy. Through a blend of videos, interactive
worksheets/activities, and supporting mixed-media resources, educators will be
supported in developing critical cultural competencies for sustaining equity and
justice.
