After the second it didn't boot into the login screen. The workaround to make it booting again was to disable the corresponding kext graphics drivers, which made the system bootable and usable. If not all graphic related kext are disabled, the system may crash with a gray, black, red, blue, black with red stripe or just distorted/shifted screen. Sometimes it worked properly for a few hours, but at the end the problem came back. Graphic effects which can be observed are mainly in red, sometimes in blue. They will see your registration history in their system, which seems to help. Lastly, be polite at all times. The person you speak with had nothing to do with your machine's design or failure, but has everything to do with resolving it to your satisfaction.
