Bequests
Promote the possibility of bequeathing money to GiveWell more actively. It's potentially very impactful, so it's at the top of additional work to take on.
High - this year if sufficient time
3
Crypto-curency donations.
Making crypto-currency holders aware of us and aim to make it as easy as possible for them to donate.
High - this year if sufficient time
4
Quick access to donate options.
Make it easier for people who want to donate to get a page with all options (check, DAF, crypto, securities).
High - this year if sufficient time
5
Companies
Historically, companies have been a useful organizing point for donors. We've given talks, some companies offer donation matches, some organize events, and some have internal message boards that encourage people to discuss issues.

6
Donor advised funds
Some donors to donor advised funds are likely to be part of our target market. They give enough to charity that they're using a DAF and they've decided to hold their money in a DAF instead of giving directly.

7
College campuses.
Many of our donors learned about us in college from an EA group or professor. My guess is that a relatively small percentage (<25%) of undergraduates at top 25 universities know about GiveWell. They're potential future donors, employees or people who could work for charities.

9
Tax advice for donors.
A donor has suggested that we find a way to offer tax advice to people interested in maximizing the impacts of their giving. He's suggested finding an EA-aligned accountant, but this could take other forms like finding accountants to refer people to in different states or putting together a writeup or calculator of major considerations for people.

Donor events
We could hold events to bring in new donors. These could be a lot of things, including (a) happy hours, (b) more research-focused events in our office, (c) donor hosting small events in their houses.

11
Corporate and other institutional giving. We could research and apply for grants that fit our top charities.

13
Better materials and advice for our donors to spread the word to their networks.
Donors often ask us "what can we do to spread the word about GiveWell to our friends and coworkers?" We could create better materials.

14
Doing research to have more media-friendly output (e.g, disaster relief).
We could focus research capacity on work that's targeted at getting media attention. A good example of this would be better recommendations if/when there's a major international disaster.
