2T1 - 2T2 Levy Application
11
12
A levy is a fee that clubs can collect from students to provide a larger, consistent source of income for funding large and complex projects, long-distance competitions, and various other activities. There are about 5000 students in EngSoc and a levy would collect a few dollars from each student if passed.
A list of currently existing levies can be found at skule.ca/levies. All clubs are able to apply to have a levy created for their team. But note, because such a large amount is being asked, their applications must be thorough and very well justified. Applications are now open and will be until midnight of February 18, 2022. No extensions will be provided.
