32	1	Language Proficiency: Please note that Vision Global provides only English languages . Kindly ensure that the trainees understand and read English (ESS Level 4 & Equivalent or above) before registration.
33	2	Registration : Please submit to us a clearly filled copy of this Course Registration Form at least 3 days before the course commencement date. Personal data will not be disclosed to any party without consent of the individual/aurthorised officer of this form.
34	3	Payment : Cash ,Cheque, PayNow and Bank Transfer. Cheques should be address to Vision Global Engineering & Safety Services Pte Ltd. Payment must be made latest by the 1st day of course commencement. For funded courses, Company Cheque, or GIRO payment only is acceptable.
35	4	Refund: i) 7 working days and above prior to course commencement date : Full refund ii) 3 -6 working days prior to course commencement date : 50% of course fee will be refunded iii) 2 working days or less prior to course commencement date :No refund
36	5	Cancellation/Postponement: Any changes should be made at least 7 working days before the course commencement date
37	6	Attendance / Absence : i) Trainees are to present their NRIC / WP / Passport when attending the course.
38		ii) Only participants with 75% attendance will be allowed to sit for the exam. Late comers will not be entertained and no refunds will be given.
39	7	Course survey will be conducted for selected courses.Trainee is encouraged to provide your personal email address and phone number for SSG to conduct the surveys.
40	8	Funding Criteria : i) Course fees have been fully paid
41		ii) Trainee met 75% attendance requirement
42		iii) Trainee passed assessments
43		iv) There is employer-employee relationship and CPF contribution for employer-sponsored trainees.
44		Important Note:
45		If the training grant is rejected for employer-sponsored trainees, the company will have to pay the balance course fee without a grant.
46		For Individuals who use the SkillsFuture Credit payment, please send us the screenshot of your claim submission.
47		All certificate/safety passes are to be collected within 3 months from the date of exam or they will be discarded without prior notice.Vision Global reserves the right to withdraw/ reschedule any course due to unforseen circumstances.
