I. Starting Points

A. High Card Points: Aces =4, Kings = 3, Queens = 2, Jacks = 1

B. Length Points: Add +1 for a 5 card suit, +2 for a 6 card suit, etc

C. Quality Suits: Add +1 for these types of suits

1. Must have 3 of top 5 Honors (includes 10)

1. Dubious Definition: Has the Queen or Jack, without supporting Ace
