Tip: Use https://coinmarketcap.com/converter/ to price your tokens against your preferred cryptocurrency.
The two ethical moves are 1) a fixed platform list that never changes, frozen to value of USD against your preferred cryptocurrency at time of project mint. Release/list all or most editions at once. S1 of Press Pass is like this.
$20,000,000$181,818
41
Example: Press Pass: Season One
OR 2) a community growth curve, where the platform list increases on a fixed, scheduled curve, releasing 1,000 or less editions at a time, and increasing the list for the next release if the first one sells out, reflecting the value of community growth.

44
So we activate our project phases using a "Liquidity Schedule."
45
PP:S1 - Phase One activates at $180,000 value raised
46
We used a :33 second "meme of production" for Season One of Press Pass as our Version One Collectible.
We used a :55 second "meme of production" for the V2 token.
Phase One is a two-month process, marketing the tokens, and fine-tuning our compliance to get fully production-ready.
47
Suggested Standards for the Version One Collectible
It's not a proof-of-concept for the show - it's something the character does IN the story.
It includes :22 seconds of the actual bad content I produced over the 5-year period I produced that series.
Phase One needs $124,000 to launch, and the additional funds to sustain the schedule.
48
1) Between :30 seconds and 2:30 for a video clip
They produce bad content, on purpose, to make fun of the bad team they cover.
Nobody watched it, which makes the whole thing even funnier to me.
We can absolutely liquify $124,000 out of the value raised without severely compromising our position in Ethereum, allowing us to launch the project ASAP.
49
2) Trailer, Meme, Scene, Project Art, or Story Seed for content
Ours is a meme and a story seed, was specifically filmed for this collectible.
The whole thing is producer humor.Thank you for collecting 7 V2s, I do appreciate it!
During Phase One, our "CryptoMage" team would try to generate the $26,000,000 value by maximizing the value of the ETH, whatever that is.
50
3) Allow token-holders the right to make and sell meme NFTs from the work, if appropriate.
Making fun of those of us (like myself) who idealized bright-light opportunities versus self-sustainability.
Congratulations on Achieving Tier 9 in our Top Brass DAO!
There are PLENTY of options to do so, and plenty of methods to generate most or all of the difference during that Phase One window.
51
4) Gamify and reward audience members who achieve "Collection Benchmarks" in the gamification.
Thank you for collecting 25 V1s, I do appreciate it! Congratulations on achieving Tier 8 in The Top Brass DAO!
There's also the chance that your holdings would rise to meet your budget, but that's conditional to the market.
52
5) Example - If a collector collects 0.2% ownership in the project by pooling V1 and V2 editions, they are eligible to collaborate with the work as Co-Producer.
Token-holders of less than 24 total V1 or V2 editions can make memes up to :07 seconds, and holders of 25 or more can make four-minute-thirty-second (4:30) memes and re-tool scenes.
ETH would have to climb to $5,400 for the PPS1 token pool to achieve our maximum budget ambitions outright.
53
6) For Season One of Press Pass, the Co-Producer is required to attend and contribute to at least two marketing meetings a month for 9 months, or until project wraps, whichever occurs first.
All memes and audience-generated content must be minted to our specific smart contract for this purpose, and must be approved by community governance from other token-holders.
54
7) IF the token-holder achieves the Collection Benchmark, they are elgible to participate as a collaborator for as long as they have the required hold.
55
8) You can pay collaborators whatever you want. Incidentally, they have collected a hard-math equity % that you can use for this purpose.
Note: 530 and 916 are the area codes for Sacramento, the city I've lived for about 10 years.
56
9) If a collector collects 1% ownership in the project by pooling V1 and V2 editions, they are eligble to collaborate with the work as Executive Producer.
So, our V1 and V2 numbers don't *exactly* reflect the math of this abacus, increasing the scarcity of the V2 by 5x.
57
10) Executive Producers get to provide notes, and require a minimum amount of interaction for them to qualify with the credit. Be sure to design interactions with the EP so creative and quality control are fully retained.
Anybody can make artistic adjustments to the collectibles they offer as they see fit. You can even throw a few 1/1s in the pool, if that sounds interesting.
58
For every new piece of unique art you're using to create these tokens, a new token ID is formed.
59
Suggested Standards for the Version Two Collectible
That token ID must then be assigned the appropriate fraction of equity, as determined by this Abacus, in your Deed of Assignment.
60
1) Between 1 min and 10:00 for a video clip
Ours is a meme, a story seed, and has the original reference material in the clip.
Throughly define the interactions token-holders enjoy with the property, and then 1) create a DAO or 2) work with an existing DAO
61
2) Trailer, Meme, Scene, Project Art, Story Seed, or Featurette / Deleted Scenes
or 3) work with a platform with internal tokenomics to facilitate the interactions you've designed in the Deed.
62
3) V1s and V2s equally contribute to gamification benchmarks in this model, as designed. You can gamify each version separately, if you so choose. Less fun, that.
63
Disclaimers: I'm a linguist and a producer, not a lawyer. This is not legal, financial, or business advice, I'm simply laying out a "plug your numbers in" model of the LMO Structure.
64
You may not be able to define your ownership over such an Intellectual Property with a Deed of Assignment in your locality. Do your own research.
65
Suggested Standards for the Version Three Collectible
My suggestion, at this time, is to use a third-party to facilitate the smart contract defining these assets as collectibles. We used OpenSea, before the market decided to look down upon it, but it's a fine facility for the model.
66
1) Between 5 min and 15:00 for a video clip
67
2) Something personal that the entire production shares. Behind-the-scenes featurette, blooper reel, making-of... etc.
68
3) Only Collaborators can sell these tokens to the audience. Creators and Platforms must never sell Version Threes unless they are moving on from their ENTIRE position in the property, to which these can and should be used to facilitate that transaction.
69
0.000000188353713205102
70
71
For each version of a collectible you add to the pool, there's another Token ID to add to the Deed of Assignment in the property.
72
Therefore, it's my suggestion to not create more than 50 audience-exclusive collectible versions (Version One through Version Fifty)
73
It's also my suggestion to keep the platform collectible the same for the whole team. If you wanted to offer a specific collectible to each department/micro-pool, that could be fun.... It could also get political in a jiffy. Best to keep everything equal in the V3.
