3 | What's Up CNH! Welcome to the NEW Member Recognition Program Checklist, designed to help YOU keep track of your progress when serving our communities. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL RECORD OF YOUR PROGRESS FOR RECOGNITION. THE FINAL RECORD WILL BE DETERMINED BY YOUR CLUB MONTHLY REPORT FORM. The Member Recognition Program is judged on the club level to recognize as many outstanding members as possible. Personal submissions are NOT required for this contest as your club Secretary organizes it. Feel free to use this checklist as a way to self-track your progress and show your club Secretary at the end of the term. All members recognized by the Member Recognition Program will be recognized by the CNH District at District Convention. The applicant does not have to, but may, hold an elected or appointed office during the District administrative year at the club, Division, District, or International level. “District administrative year” for service hours and events shall be defined as the period from April 1st, 2023 to January 31st, 2024. Members that qualify to be recognized can achieve four different levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
