Can you provide the Primero 'case_id' and confirm that 'unhcr_referral_status' is filled in. (This is the field that maps to the Progres Primero Transfer Status.) The mappings look fine on our side. Here is an example output when we test in the staging project. So if this isn’t coming through in production, we need to determine if this is a data issue (e.g., 'unhcr_referral_status' not entered) or if this issue is on the DTP-side.
