At the start of your next turn, reappear at any point where you could've moved normally from where you disappeared from, and deal double your normal damage with your first attack that turn.

Tumbling Strike (gain a +5 to disangage checks made this turn, and as part of this power you can move to engage an enemy, make the following melee attack against the enemy you engaged with, then take a quick action to disengage [with a free move action if the disengage attempt succeeds]) Dexterity + Level vs. AC. Roll With It (momentum power, interrupt action 1/round): Take half damage from a melee attack against AC that hits you.

Thief's Strike (melee attack vs. one enemy): Dexterity + Level vs. PD. Hit: half of 1d8+4 damage (including Sneak Attack if any), and roll a normal save. If you succeed, you get to pickpocket an item from the target that they aren't holding (rolling 16+ means the target doesn't realize you've pickpocketed them.)
