Dr. Bryant Marks, National Training Institute of Race & Equity (NTIRE)Implicit Bias and Cultural Competency Awareness IB101 Workshop Through the use of highly interactive and introspective exercises, IB 101 defines implicit bias (IB), assists participants with identifying IB in the real world, and identifies causes of IB. Dr. Marks' humorous and motivational delivery engages participants in learning how IB affects the person who holds the bias, how it affects the attitudes and behaviors of the target group, and how IB can be reduced/managed at the individual level.
