He lived aboveground even during the cataclysms themselves, fighting and competing with the few that remained on the surface, as he saw it as a test of willpower and courage. Few could match his strenght and willpower, and he developed a terrifying reputation, gaining the nickname "The Coming Horror". Once the dust settled and the vast majority of the Pokemon that were still alive came out of hiding, Ignis joined the PRS. To him, might makes right, and he's determined to show the world (or what's left of it, anyway) his own might.

38	Large and powerful, even for his species standards, with wings that are especially large. He has painted various patterns, akin to Arbok hood patterns, on his wings, to augment his already fearsome appearance. His scales are pitted and scarred all over, and his eyes are hard and absolutely fearless. It's very clear that he is a veteran warrior just from one glance.

42	Ignis is violent and confrontational. In combat, he is determined to be the center of attention, and to fight the strongest of opponents. His demeanor and appearance dissuades most lesser fighters from standing up to him, which is fine by him; it leaves the stronger, more satisfying commanders for him to challenge at his leisure.
