1/7/2019ComplaintIllinoisWarrior TradingRossCameron$785.00
On October 10,2018 I received an email advertisement from Warrior Trading for an online day trading course for $497, after signing up I noticed that the confirmation agreement that was emailed to me showed $147 x4 which is actually $588 and much more than $497 as they advertised. However, I did not notice this until around the 20th of November 2018, my credit card was declined for a attempted purchase. I contact my credit card company to find that Warrior Trading charged my account $785, which is even more than $588. I attempted to log on to the Warrior Trading website, and my log was inoperative and there was a request for me to contact them. I contact the company via email to tell them, that I was charged more than what I agreed and I never got a chance to use the service yet, and to please grant me access and refund the additional charges. The company responded that the service was a monthly service and that I was charged more money because I did not cancel the service before the month allowed ended.I responded back that there was no information that was provided to me showing that the service I purchase was only for (1) month and there would be new fees to be added if I did not cancel. The company provided me with some information backing up what they mentioned but this was never shared with me prior to me signing up for the service. In conclusion, the company offered me to grant me access again for (2) months and I would still have to pay $785 or they would keep the access closed and I wouldn't receive anything. --- Additional Comments: I would like a complete refund for my charges. I feel that I was completely mislead by Warrior Trading. They advertise money back guaranteed yet this is not true, they advertised the service for $497, yet it was billed at $588, and ended up charging me an extra $197 and they canceled my access yet was still charging me for the month. There was nothing that was shown to me regarding this his being a monthly service and I never got a chance to use the service.
I purchased the Warrior Starter service from an email advertisement for (4) payment of $147. I thought I was purchasing a self-taught internet day Trading class in which I could study at my own leisure without a time-frame to do so. I however became aware that the service provided (after I noticed an additional charge of $197) was really a subscription service that lasted for (1) month and required me to cancel the subscription unless a fee of $197 would be charged each month that I did not cancel. I've attempted a o go thru my bank and other channels to dispute these charges, yet Warrior Trading have provided evidence that was unfactual and or didn't pertain to the way that I purchased the service and what I was provided. Overall, I found that the advertisement and the browsewrap agreement with a link to the terms and conditions way below the ordering link is why I was mislead. Legally, this type of agreement can not be enforced.

(1.) Inconspicuous browsewrap terms and conditions - Warrior Trading sent me an email that advertised an online day trading course for 4 payments of $149. The hyperlink to purchase the service is way above the terms and conditions hyperlink that Warrior Trading strategically hid to make it unreasonably difficult to read. This type of browsewrap agreement can not legally be enforced because the agreement is inconspicuous, because I didn't have a reason to scroll below the ordering link to read it.

(2.) Order Page - The hyperlink sent me to an order portal that mentioned (4) payments of $147 yet never mentioning when and if the service would deactivate, nor when the payments would be taken out of my account. The order page does not list the terms and conditions at all.

(3.) Order confirmation email - After the ordering of the service, I received an email confirming that I ordered the Warrior Starter service, and there is a listing of (4) payments of $147, and no mention of when the service is scheduled to end, and no info about the $197 charge. --- Additional Comments: I would like my entire $785 back from Warrior Trading. They locked me out of the account and still charged me and I never used it.

They will respond with
(1.) a detailed description of Warrior Starter on their website: Yet I never seen this because my offer was sent to me via email so I had no reason to go to their site.
(2.) emails I sent: there way of pretending that they tried to compromise with me, but they only agreed to $785 worth of service and not $588, so this is no deal.

2/13/2019ComplaintIllinoisWarrior Trading Deception/MisrepresentationFTC Act Sec 5 (BC)
The problem resides in Warrior Trading not disclosing that (the Warrior Starter day trading class) in which I purchased was a subscription service or an individual product, in the information that was provided to me. I was under the impression that this service was a individual product for the agreed amount of $588. After being charged an additional $197, I became aware that Warrior Trading sold me a subscription service that incurred an additional charge of $197 if not canceled. I was completely blinded by this as none of the information at purchase described such a service. I immediately emailed a request for Warrior Trading to refund me, yet I was told via email that I could only be given the $197 back and would be banned to take a class from them again- despite the fact that I was never able to verify if the class was operative, as the day that I attempted to use the service Warrior Trading deactivated my account. Furthermore, Warrior Trading explained that the terms and conditions of the class was all provided to me and they provided me all these things yet in actuality none of this was ever provided to me. After taking a more detailed look at the emails and the hyperlink advertisement that was used to entice me to purchase the class; I noticed that the description of the course in detail was found on a separate webpage with a hyperlink that was located way under the order button. According to Internet laws in order for a browsewrap agreement to be enforceable, the user must know the terms of the contract which I didn't. Furthermore, this inconspicuous browsewrap agreement was purposely located below the ordering link, where there would be no reason for users like me to scroll down to see it. Overall, I feel like this is one big scam! I tried disputing this with my credit card and Warrior Trading provided them a very clear reading of their terms and conditions which is found on their website but very inconspicuous on the email ads that I was provided. They deceived me and many others, by their systematic schemes, and I hope that you can stop them. Other-Other Update

Consumer Review Fairness Act
Recently, I posted an online review regarding my experience with a company named Warrior Trading. The company is selling a home based business opportunity and is a frequent advertiser on YouTube and Google. The business opportunity claims that a person can learn the supposed secrets of day trading penny stocks from their "Trading University" which costs $10,000 per year. I purchased a membership and discovered that the service was an online scam and materially misrepresented earnings. I then went to TrustPilot.com and wrote an honest review of my experience. I then received an email that I had violated the Terms of Service Contract and that within the terms of service agreement, I was banned from writing anything derogatory about the company (I have screenshots) My account was then 'shut down' and my online review was removed. Eventually, I began to read other message boards where others were having the same frustration, "reviews would be removed if negative" and accounts would be terminated. The company claims that 98% of their reviews are 4 or 5 stars. And that people should base their purchase decisions based upon the positive reviews on Trust Pilot. It is obvious that this company is breaking the Consumer Review Fairness Act with this behavior. I have screenshots and emails saved from numerous parties. This is not a lone incident. I was so frustrated at this experience that I contacted a local attorney about filing a lawsuit stating false advertising and fraudulent inducement. However, my attorney then discovered that only the FTC can take action under the Consumer Review Fairness Act. Thus far, I have accumulated numerous statements from various parties, located all over the United States. This experience has been frustrating. But I am determined that something be done. I am requesting that you interview me, objectively verifying my evidence, and if warranted to take action. It is simply not fair when a company with a massive advertising budget, over 500k subscribers, can systematically build a 'review' stream of nearly 900 four or five star reviews, and unfairly delete nearly all of the negative reviews. I am requesting that action be taken. Other-Other Update

FTC Act Sec 5 (BCP)
I had a massive stroke, brain surgery, and 3 week stay at the hospital and 3 month with several therepists and a nurse for 3 months afterwards. The stroke left me blind (cross-eyed) for 3 months, unable to walk, and limited function of my hands. i was dizzy all the time. ot was less than a year from my stroke, but I was now able to see for short times up close. I began getting numerous emails each day from Warrior Ross owner of warrior trading. All showing Ross, upbeat and how he could get me rich quickly by trading with his proven techniques. Before my stroke I traded every day and I was eager to begin trading again and Ross’s looked like a nice country boy. His emails were so convoncing. Less than a year after my stroke, I decided to give Ross a try. i thought it would be slower paced for me. Inwas already on a trsding site from before my stroke and I thought I would try Warrior Trsding. Ross marketing emsils were so convincing!! I emailed Ross and I explaimed, in explained, about my horrible stroke details (see attached email). After recently reading the email I sent Ross 3 months ago, i think it looks like it was written by a person who is not well and ready to trade..and cerainly scalp trades as Ross claims he does (i was not told this either). Despite the email I just sent Ross of my severe stroke and disabilities, Ross quickly responded telling me to sign up. I recently discovered there was shorted time periods I could have signed up fir but I did not know. Ross never informed me of anything else and he never said “no refunds”! I very quickly knew that Ross’s trading room and scalp trading was nit for me! I still move slowly, but I really wanted Warrior Trading to work out for me. I tried Warrior Trading large caps room and it was terrible. Again, the trading room was mostly beginners (if not all) and almost all people there were talking about their trading classes: when the next one will be, how they loked the one they just took, who plans to go to the next ons, where it will be, etc. it was rediculous! Imwas completely ignored from anyone and I am guessing because I wasnt attending (paying) any very expensive trsdong classes. i was so frustrated and i finally called to cancel my membersip. There was no telephone number to call. I eventually found a page where I could easily check “no refunds”. I was on Warrior Trading for 3 months (dispite barely using it) and emailed Ross for a refund. Customer service said I signed a disclaimer that said “no refunds”. I don’t remember seeing a disclaimer. I wouldnt sign anything (especially for a service I never even tried out). I went back to the sign up form and saw a button after puttong in credit card info. I was able to check the box without it ever going to a disclaimer. After being in Ross’s trading room, even an advanced traded would not be able to mske money. i believe Ross is buying low volume stocks, alerting his roomt to buy, the stock shoots up, then Ross quickly says “I was stopped out”, sending the stock quicklydown. Because the low priced plumettong stock has large spreads as well, these are beginner traders are getting a huge financial beating and they think they did something wrong. No one likes to lose, so many will quickly sign up for stock classes (spend more non-refundable money). Furthermore, I just discovered the people Ross uses in his email marketing adds (he claims they are students) are paid actors! Thank you!! Other-Other Update

I joined warrior trading 3/28/19 after emailing Ross many times. I told Ross I had a stroke less than a year prior and wanted to try out his trading room. I was home all the time since my stroke and I wanted to trade again. Ross never offered me a free trial or a monthly service. After 3 months I was not getting anything from his small stock trading (further, Ross is only on his site for about one hour and he is gone! I lost alot of money. So I tried the large cap trading. It was apparent everyone there were taking classes and talking about where the next class was, who was meeting there, etc. I finally asked if I was on the wrong site since I dont attend any classes, and most was about things I didn't know. I never signed up for them. It became evident to me because I dont sign up for their (very expensive) classes, I was purposely ignored on the site as well. I now believe it was a tactic to get me to sign up for their classes to fit in with the rest on the site ....or continue to get left out of conversations, etc. I was not getting any help on any site nor was I making any money thru anything they said to each other (which was mostly about their personal classes). I had a difficult time trying to get someone to help me and I finally found out how to email Ross to cancel my subscription. I asked them to refund me half $897 I paid even though I was only on the warrior trading for 3 months. I immediately got an email stating Warrior Trading does not give any refunds!!! Ross did not tell me this when I signed up! I asked him for a free trial but he didn't allow me. I was told I signed a contract stating no refunds b ut I do not remember signing anything. I know my eyesight was still not good since it wasn't even a year I was operated on and lost my eyesight for 3 months! I know I would never willingly agree to join a year service for almost $900. without first trialing it out, or being able to cancel any time should I not be able to trade, etc.. I think I should have been told this information before they just accepted my credit card payment. I believe warrior trading (ross) took advantage of my fragile state after struggling to recover after my stroke (brain surgery). What's worse, is I just read while cancelling this, that warrior trading does offer free trials and monthly payments but I was never offered any any of these options. I would never sign up for such an expensive program without first trying it out or without being able to cancel at any time ....and lose most of my money!!! I don't understand why they will not pro-rate my money and allow me to pay just for the months I used. I believe I was greatly taken advantage of due to my fragile state of mind due to my recent stroke/brain surgery which left me blind for first 3 months and then still not able to see clearly. I blindly trusted Ross then due to his upbeat personality and his aggressive non-stop marketing emails that got sent to me every day --- Additional Comments: I would greatly appreciate being reimbursing for the $897.00 I paid. I feel the Warrior Trading grossly misled me from the start and I also lost alot of money because of them as well.

Note: C is for consumer and R is for merchant. --- Ross Cameron is running a trading business that doesn't respond to their consumers. I have emailed them multiple times in request for information regarding the product I bought. The product has a money back guarantee that seems to be fake. Ross sends out daily emails with fraudulent information. From everything I have researched he will not follow through with his promises. I believe his product is a scam for his profit. I can provide all emails I have sent and receipts for products purchased. Hopefully we can find a way to address this problem. The business model Warrior Trading provide is strictly profit with a fake product. False advertising is Ross Cameron's business model. I signed up for their chat room for trading which was offered as an annual fee of $583. Thisnis where I should have been least of using the service. They offered no month to month or else I would have signed up. I used the chat room on and off for 2 tok 3 weeks and during my use the service would cut out and the presenter would be gone. They said this happens as the internet connection on their end goes out from time to time. Well, when trying to follow trades you have seconds to make a decision on whether to make a trade or not. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and it happened multiple times. I had enough and was displeased with the service and requested a pro-rated refund. They said their monthly membership fee is $199. Now, I figured they do this to curtail people from requesting a refund and is quite a scammy in my opinion. I was not happy and to be honest this is down right wrong. They offer a service which I am still technically paying for but they locked me out of my account. How can you take someone's money and do that.Product_Or_Service: Warrior trading chat serviceOrder_Number: b(6) --- Additional Comments: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)I am willing to workout a refund of $100 off the $583 as this would be more than fair enough.

I bought into Warrior trading with an offering of turning 500 dollars into 100 thousand in 45days. Work from home and trade with the guru and make a living from trading rather than 9-5 life was his catch. While on webinar i was very interested because its a dream come through wish. However by Monday the 20th of April 2020 I ponded why the clause to waive my right to a refund would be inserted with claims of an intial money back guarantee. I have being misled into false claims as all efforts to speak to live person proven abortive. if its not a falseclaim why would warrior trading ask to waive your right from a refund if all claims are well!!! how can i want to be finacially free and be held to entrapments like this ? my thought of being misguided has turn unto my ordeal. My quest has been to get a refund and part ways. I was directed to waive off my right to a refund which is the reason why i am here because the interface been used strongly prompted that . Only two days on my journey with warrior trading i have not physically spoken to anyone other than via emails correspondence. The unique characteristic is the intial no worries if you dont like it we give you your money back. Then lieu and leads to an entrapment because i have to pay the credit company for an item am not using. UPDATE 4/22/20: Consumer wants to know the next step. bkendall.

I was lured into Warrior Trading through it's misleading and fraudulent activities and lost thousands of dollars. Warrior Trading uses a massive advertising campaign to lure new traders into its program and chatroom with Ross Cameron. Ross Cameron teaches his fraudulent 'strategy' live to thousands of new traders each day by telling a room of thousands of traders when he is purchasing a stock that generally is very illiquid, meaning that it does not have a lot of shares available. New traders, like myself, practice his strategies and buy the stock which drives the price up and then he immediately sells his shares which drives the stock to drop in value when he announces to the chat that he 'sold.' Ross Cameron advertises that he earns hundreds of thousands of dollars in a single trade - which is solely based on stock manipulation and defrauding his thousands of students. --- Additional Comments: A refund of all the money I paid to Warrior Trading for this 'education.' I lost thousands of dollars on top of the money paid due to Ross Cameron's manipulation and fraudulent activity.

He promises thousands dollars a day and many times trades stocks with low volume and once he says he is in the stock thousands of his paid subscribers rush into the stock and within seconds Ross has made thousands and the subscribers are stuck holding a decreased stock value. He shows off his hundreds of thousands of dollars gains in 1 day many times suckering in people to join his courses and will than lose all their money. Please look into if this is legal or not.

His website is warriortrading.com
Youtube it's under Warrior Trading with over 700,000 subscribers.

Ross Cameron founder of Warrior Trading has been running a highly deceptive online Stock Trading Scam, based on what can best be described as bogus stock trading returns claims. He had been posting daily youtube videos of his so call trading returns, ranging from $5000 return per day to as high as over $120,000 daily return. He uses this deceptive claims to market a stock trading seminar, which depending on the level of the seminar runs as high as $5000.

Given the FTC recent enforcement action , Ross CameronWarrior Trading has begun deleting false tweets and youtubr videos of his so call daily returns. His deceptive , immoral business practice and lack of ethics by costing some individuals their life savings is wrong. He should be immediately investigated, prosecuted and brought to justice.

I am writing this because I believe I was defrauded by a company called Warrior Trading. On 02/19/2018 I paid $3,009.30 for an educational product that included online classes, interactive materials, and practice platforms for learning how to trade stocks (day-trade). At that same time I paid for one year of access to their online community in the amount of $997.00 (which I believe was offered at ½ price if I purchased at that time). I purchased this product because it appeared that Warrior Trading had a good reputation online and offered a satisfaction guarantee. After gaining access to their systems I did not feel comfortable continuing. Everything I tried to do on their site, after paying and signing in, still appeared to be geared at getting people to buy the product. It’s like the fact that I already paid didn’t matter. The site wasn’t designed for that. Every page I went to had pop-ups trying to get me to buy what I already bought. I realized this was not in good faith. It’s like the site was pointless once they had your money.I decided to request a refund. They responded and said they required, and I had agreed, to complete the first section of the training materials (four modules). I looked at their site again, saw that they did say this was a requirement for a refund, and began watching the videos. I came across Ross Cameron of Warrior Trading on YouTube as I was researching day-trading. Because I found him that way I was not suspicious. He seemed like a normal guy that day-traded and made an alright income. He argued that a lot of people lose their money doing it because they are greedy, aren’t prepared, and don’t have a good system for minimizing risk. As I listened, it made sense. Just try to be right half the time, don’t hold the stocks too long and hope for huge returns, and be happy to make a little money and move on. Most importantly? Have a system. So, I begin watching the training videos so I can get my refund. There are hours of videos. Many hours. And there are quizzes at the ends of the modules. There are probably five hours of videos for each of the four modules. Plus, the first module (that I completed) had a “quiz” that was approximately 20 essay questions. It seems that there are 20 hours of pointless videos and 80 essay questions? Seriously, all he said the entire time, in many different ways, was “that’s why you have to have a system.”Here is the takeaway from hours of video: You have to have a system. You could watch an hour of him saying you have to have a system, hit mute for an hour, come back and he is still saying “And that’s why you have to have a system.” It never ended. And the quizzes just seemed like pointless questions. I was so angry at this point I could not continue to watch. I called Discover and asked for their help. They sent a form to Warrior Trading, which was filled out with all the legal BS you can imagine, and Discover denied my claim. In my opinion, the point of the product is twofold. Get people to give up if they request a refund and direct them to companies who offer day-trading with no minimums but high fees. They said they had a satisfaction guarantee. I am not a lawyer, but I took some business law classes in college. I remember one thing very well: The law tends to err on the side of what a reasonable person would expect. Please help.
