2 | Below, you can find all of the articles under discussion in bargaining. The Status column represents the status of the article. Proposed means our bargaining committee has passed our initial proposal to NYU's administration and it has yet to respond. Negotiating means the administraton has responded to the bargaining committee's initial proposal. This section of the contract is being actively negotiated. Rejected means that the Administration rejected the bargaining committee's proposal and declined to offer a counter proposal. Tentative Agreement means that the BC and NYU's administration have come to a tentative agreement on this section of the contract.
