Welcome to The Ultimate Eczema Food Guide

Hi there! Congratulations on gaining access to this spreadsheet. I wanted to walk you through somethings before you began searching for foods. The way this works is that each column represents a different food quality which you can see below. I have cross referenced the data on the foods with every spreadsheet I could find and used research where I could. Everything you see is on the more cautious side. To switch between food categories (i.e. vegetables, meat, drinks) you use the tabs at the bottom.
