1Bidder MUST fully comply with the scope of works for the Provision of Training Management System and Its Related Services for MIMOS Berhad based on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) as specified in the Competitive Bidding document and Bill of Quantities (BQ).M

1.1SECTION A: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1.1Bidders MUST comply with the following minimum specification and requirements.M

1.1.2All proposed software MUST be from the same brand/ Principal.M

1.1.3Bidder MUST be able to resolve Critical & Major incidents raised by MIMOS within 24 hours.M

1.1.4Bidder MUST be familiar with MIMOS' technology.M

1.1.5Bidder MUST be a Malaysian company.M

2.3TRAINER USER LICENSE

2.6SECTION B: DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, ACCEPTANCE, MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY

2.6.2Bidder MUST be able to deliver the software within one (1) month after receiving order (ARO) or Letter of Acceptance (LOA).M

2.7INSTALLATION

2.7.1Bidder MUST install all the Software components on MIMOS Hardware at MIMOS premisesM

2.8USER ACCEPTANCE TEST (UAT)

2.8.1Bidder MUST conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) which MUST be accepted and signed off by MIMOS authorised personnel.M

2.9MAINTENANCE

2.9.1Bidder MUST provide two (2) years maintenance and upgrade for the supplied software.M

2.9.2Bidder MUST provide two (2) years additional maintenance and upgrade for the supplied software.M

2.10WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

2.10.1Bidder MUST provide two (2) years warranty and support services and the related documentationM

2.10.2Bidder MUST provide software manuals in the form of softcopy to MIMOS on all the supplied software.M

3SECTION C: OTHER REQUIREMENTS

3.1TRAINING

3.1.1Bidder MUST provide or arrange for necessary tarining on the tool Free of Cost.M

3.2BIDDER'S EXPERIENCE

3.2.1Bidder’s technical support engineers MUST have the relevant experience and be capable to handle the following level. Bidder MUST provide evidence.M

3.2.2Level 1 - Bidder MUST provide support within three (3) hours of normal woring hours.M

3.2.3Level 2 - Bidder MUST provide 24 hours support including durig weekends and public holidays.M

3.2.4Bidder should have technical support engineers and Bidder to provide resume.G

3.2.5Bidder to provide list of client reference (latest completed or ongoing), authorized contact persons and contact number.G

3.2.6Bidder should be able to share best practices for effective usage of the software. Bidder to provide sample.G

3.2.7Bidder should have minimum of two (2) years experience in the same field and support. Bidder to provide evidence.G

3.3CONTRACT DOCUMENT

3.3.1Bidder MUST use the draft agreement provided by MIMOS as the contract document for this provision.M

3.3.2Bidders MUST NOT alter or amend or revise any of its content, terms or clauses in the draft agreement except for purpose of completing the information regarding to bidder’s offer.M

3.3.3Any stamp duties and cost related to the preparation of the contract document MUST be borne fully by the bidder.M

3.3.4Bidders MUST attend the contract document meeting which shall be held before the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is issued. Bidder MUST fully understand the content of the agreement prior to the meeting.M

3.3.5Bidder MUST ensure that the contract document is signed, stamped and return to MIMOS Procurement Department within the stipulated period as define by Procurement Department during the meeting specified in item 3.3.4 above failing which MIMOS will hold any payments to the bidder.M
