2		1. All players and coaches must show proof of USA WP membership before participating in any games.
3			a) make rosters under Boofest
4		2. Adherence to the USA Water Polo Red Card Policy will be strictly enforced.

6			DVC: Diablo Valley College, 321 Golf Club Rd, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523
7			Northgate: Northgate High School, 425 Castle Rock Rd, Walnut Creek, CA 94598
8		4. Length of quarters:
9			a) 10U Mixed, 10u Girls: 5 Min \| 12U Mixed, 12U Girls: 6 Min \| 14U Girls: 7 Min (2 timeouts)
10			d) No Over Time; Straight to shootouts
11			c) advancement within brackets will follow USA water polo championship rules
12		5. Tournament Fee's
13			a) $5 spectator parent entrance fee will be charged
