RX InventoryProject Program: This task calendar is to be utilized in conjunction with the PBU Course video "Becoming an Inventory BadAss."

Objective: Find the right level of drugs on the shelves so as not to affect the fulfillment needs of the patients but to liberate money to invest in other aspects of the business. This can be the largest investment (expense) a pharmacy has.

From a Pharmacy Perspective, Follow the steps to develop a controlling process and stick with best practices. Adjustments can be made based on volume, purchases, and technology.

From the Patient's Perspective, Will it be available when I want (need) it? When can I pick up or expect my delivery? Will this Rx be affordable, or is there an alternative?
