12	• "Payment will be made by issuing a cross cheque in the name of the company within one month after the receipt of the items at the delivery point, in accordance with the specified specifications, quantity, and quality."
13	• "The vendor will be responsible for providing services on a monthly basis for a duration of three years in Districts Peshawar, Nowshera, Malir, Mirpur Khas, and throughout Punjab."
14	• "Please mention the validity period for the prices provided in the quotation."
