This list will be based on mostly between Mid and late game. Maybe lvl 1-84: 5%, lvl 85-95: 60%, lvl 96+ 35%

For f2p, this is the best you can do, these Marksman can dish out good damage and is very good PvE and PvP

Can work in a wide range of teams. Works very well in PvE. Is just below tier 1 in usefulness

Can be very good in the right team, tier 1 level but just not as versitle. PvE can range from Poor to great. This tier has a very large range

Has very limited options for team use but has some use.

Doesn't get much arena or PvE use. Doesn't really have a good fit anywhere. Stay away

These will be ranked compared to other f2p heros on the list and by the crtieria in the tiers. Some lists maybe not even have a tier 1

Marksman purpose is to kill. Best ones have high damage, speed, or crit.

Comparing him to Marksman as whole and he is safley tier 1. His highest grades come in PvE. Any PvE will be easier with Lucifer. He also can be used in 3/4 sky city teams. He is great in PvP; but can actually be contourred by several AP teams (knock-up, sheild)

Hear me out: He is used in 3/4 sky city teams, really good buffs for PvE. His quicks buffs allow him to work in arena teams for whales and non whales. He also can be the #1 damager in some teams. I'm just scared they will nerf him

I am a huge Brun fan but that nerf hurt her. She can be very good in many teams but she needs some support like Flint, Arial, or Ovid. Some like OJ say she is crap but they just have crappy Bruns. She is still tier 2

High use, lowers armor a lot. Can do decent damage. good scorp user. pretty good all around.

We all know Mira. Doesnt do much in arena but the fact that she can be the top damager on 3/4 sky city teams is enough to put her tier 2

Is a dps machine and is mixed ap/ad so he's great for PvE. With so many sheilds he's getting alot more PvP use. too fragile to be tier 1

Can be used in 3/4 sky city teams and is seeing a resurgence in arena. Good all around marksman. Can't go wrong here

I might be biased here but Zoe is the shit. She groups enemies together which is so fucking useful in non sky city PvE, not to mention she has great dps. She is usful for any account, any vip. Her skin does help a lot but from late game fights I've watched she still is not tier 1

Anti silence hero. Used in some sky city teams and ok PvE use. A little arena.

Not too sure, she is awesome on showdown. She's great PvE and her arena is not bad. Her skin helped but it's not a game changer

After skin and shit she is a dps machine in PvE. Can also function as a brawl alternate. Could be tier 2 if there were more mixed attackers

Would be tier 2 if she wasn't so fragile. With skin she does tons of aoe. But she relys too much on life steal to stay alive.

Really nothing special except for his sheild. Can be used in arena burst teams and help in PvE. Boring hero

Has great inturrupt, decent damage and buff. She's kind of the jack of all trades, master of none. I want to put her in tier 3 but I'm still unsure

Don't have much experience with him but seems to do some ok tanking. I see him in some brawl teams and hear his PvE is ok. He can dish out some good damage in PvP. He's one of the better tier 3 heroes.

Boy I want him to be tier 2, he is a legit counter to knock-up teams. If u are up at arena reset Torin is a perfect sniper. If he gets a decent skin then he's in tier Ez

Is more of an ad support. Boosts others and gives some sheilds. Doesnt get much arena use and only offers a little PvE. Does have good potential

So she doesn't do much in arena, her buffs are just not quick enough. But pair her with Mira and she's a great help in PvE

A legend in tier 4 is significant. Does not offer much aoe so not really good PvE wise. Rare PvP usage. Just doesn't do enough damage. I'm surprised he is a legend

Now Ruby is a decent PvP marksman, but there are so many others who do a better job. She doesnt offer much aoe so PvE is poor

Hmm, he's ok, works well with Zoe, gearz. He just doesnt do much damage and is kinda fragile. Decent PvE and PvP but there are just better heros out there

Not usable much in arena. There are 250k Wests collecting dust on whale teams. Big Sad
