For any task that is not done, the number of points that should have been earned will be deducted as a penalty.

REQUIMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED AN ACTIVE VOLUNTEERPENALTIES

1. Have at least 90 points per semester, of which 50 are mandatory to accumulate from departmental tasks, departmental meetings, and GAs or GMs. 20 points need to be accumulated from physical participation to local events. The rest of the 20 points can be accrued for any other activities or tasks.2. Not missing more than two GAs or GMs in a row without prior notification at least 24 hours before.3. Not missing more than two departmental meetings in a row preceding the announcement at least 24 hours before.If a volunteer withdraws from a TB, national, or international event without prior notice, all the points they would have earned will be deducted. If this occurs for two consecutive events, the volunteer will not be eligible to participate in the next event of this type.If a volunteer withdraws from a national event with at least five days' notice, half of the points they would have earned will be deducted.If a volunteer withdraws from an international event with at least ten days' notice, half of the points they would have earned will be deducted.

If a volunteer does not meet at least one of these requirements within a semester, they may be subject to review for potential dismissal from the organization.If all three requirements are not met, the volunteer is automatically discharged from the organization.If a volunteer withdraws from holding a training or workshop without further notification, all the points they would have earned will be deducted.If a volunteer withdraws from holding a training or workshop with at least five days' notice, half of the points they would have earned will be deducted.If a volunteer does not fulfill their duties as a member of the organizing committee (OC) for any event, all points will be deducted, and they will not be eligible to join the OC for the next event.

*Exceptions may be made for the volunteers who had serious motives that prevented them from being involved.If a volunteer confirms attendance but fails to show up for a General Assembly, they will lose 15 points; upon a second absence, an additional 15 points will be deducted, and they will forfeit their voting rights for the next two General Assemblies.

* Exceptions to penalties may be granted for valid and well-communicated reasons. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness and to accommodate unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
