38	As of 6/2023, these are the current pay scales. Important Considerations: 1) Year two pay doesn't start until expected training completion date. i.e. hired and indoc on July 1st but AA doesn't expect that you'll finish training until November 10th. In this case, year two pay will start 1 year 4 months and 9 days from hire date. 2) If you're coming from non-wholly owned flying, you won't receive the 16% compony 401k contributions for one year. 3) Profit sharing is nil. 4) Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance are far behind peers.
