Assisting MinisterSits on the altar bench located opposite the Pastor. Reads the sections of the service marked with an “A” including the prayers. CantorIs the solo voice leading the congregation in song; present in the sanctuary, using the lectern microphone.

Greeter DownstairsWelcomes members of our community at the front door of the church and reminds young people that they are loved and are called to participate fully in worship. Points out the layout of the church, including the location of the sanctuary and bathrooms. Hands out bulletins.

Greeter Upstairs/ UsherWelcomes people again to worship, and ensures they have a bulletin if necessary. Helps direct people for Holy Communion. Helps to collect the offering.

Zoom Host & SlidesWelcomes people into our digital worship space. Shares the bulletin at regular intervals. Makes sure that the worship leaders have all checked in. Answers questions or provides support in the chat. Manages the waiting room, muting participants, and making sure the appropriate feed is 'Spotlit' in the Zoom meeting. Altar GuildMaintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the chancel. Prepare the elements for Holy Communion and Holy Baptism. Breakfast HostPlease arrive by 9:40am. Help by doing any of the following: making coffee, setting out food (fruits, breads, etc), setting out plates and cutlery, setting out juice and glasses, and if comfortable, helping with some hot food too. Food is provided, though you can always bring something to share.
