Plans and coordinates BIT’s annual global conference, managing logistics, programming, sponsors, speakers, and attendee experience to deliver a high-impact professional event.

The BITCON Committee plans and delivers BIT’s annual global conference. There are two separate BITCON committee teams—one focused on the current year’s event and another on the upcoming year. Their planning periods overlap briefly for continuity, but members serve on only one BITCON team at a time, ensuring capacity, focus, and a smooth handoff between events.
