Are you choosing to run 32-Bit Ubuntu despite having 64-Bit hardware?
What version of Ubuntu are you running?
What is your CPU model?
How much memory does your computer have?
What is your video card?
Any other comments
Number of computers with this same model/etc
Is this a 32 or 64 bit install?
What kind of install is this?
How much longer do you expect this hardware will last for you?
What is the impact to you/your organization if Ubuntu 16.04 is the last 32 bit release?
If you answered Yes above, why?

1/1/2016I don't know :(, for example I use Postgres in 32 bit because the 32's bits don't be compatible with a one library of PHP (ADODB)

If you really want to switch to 64-bit then by all means do so, but please leave a 32-bit alternative for Lubuntu so that users with older computers can still run the latest versions...

1/1/2016Old hardware will be not supported and, maybe, several companies use Linux to maintain those old hardware running.

I have an old computer (Fujitsu Siemens, 9 years old) that works perfectly with Linux and I have no intention of changing it until a hardware failure.
Only 32-bit hardware.

LTS support for 32 bit systems is quite essential for a lot of installtions that have rather weak CPUs with limited RAM deployed in the field. Nobody can run this type of use on 64bit in any forseeable future. More likely MIPS and ARM(64) before it'll be AMD/x64.

Having distributions such as Lubuntu allows this aging laptop to run the latest Linux technologies and software in easy and beautiful way.
All the drivers for this hardware (Intel) are FOSS and built into the kernel, requiring no blobs. This means the laptop can run the latest kernels, X.org (Wayland in the future! big win for low-end hardware), Mesa and all userspace software, as opposed to Windows where the latest drivers are available for XP, maybe 7.
