3Provide a detailed lesson plan and any additional information that may be pertinent to the domain you are scheduled for, via google drive to those scheduled to peer review and administrators (Kevin Babcock, Jeremy Erler, and Bill Adams) two days prior to the observation. (i.e. Domain 4c: Communicating with Families. In addition to your lesson plan, you might provide an example of how you have provided information about the instructional program and individual students to families. Or, you may choose to provide an example of how you have engaged families in classroom happenings.) Example lesson plans are provided in the tabs below. These are only examples. You can develop what works well for you.Teacher3Put in a request to AESOP asking for a full day substitute. You will request this as a "Professional Day." Please complete this task as soon as possible. We would suggest doing it as soon as you review your scheduled days.Teacher

4At the end of the day, check into your learning log and respond to any guiding questions and feedback left by your colleagues.Teacher4You will meet in the superintendent's office at 8:15 am on the morning of your day of observation. There will be a brief Q&A regarding the day and a review of the domain that will be discussed. You will also review the specific schedule for each session. Teacher

5The following teachers will be video taped due to classroom environment. Those teachers must set up a time with Mike Berding to be filmed. This filming should be completed one week prior to the date of observation. For example, if you are slated to be observed on December 19, 2016 you should be filmed sometime between December 12-16, 2016. 6While completing your peer review rounds, please be watching for outstanding examples of practice and any suggested areas for consideration. You will also be looking for specific examples related to the "domain" for the day. Some of those examples will not be observable. The teacher being observed has been instructed to be cognizant of those things and provide examples that address the unobservable. You will share your insights with administration which will then be placed into learning logs.Teacher

7Throughout the day, think about ways that this experience can be improved. Be ready to share those at the final debriefing session of the day. Most importantly, enjoy the day.Teacher
