This is a simple template for recording OKRs for multiple teams and products in a single portfolio-wide view. Add OKRs to the "okrs" tab then add confidence (0 to 5) each week along with some narrative, and next actions. At the end of the quarter, record final scores, outcomes and lessons learned in the "final scores and learnings" tab. Everything is reflected in the Dashboard.

Getting Started

Fill in the "Validation" tab with your team names, custom statuses, etc.

At the start of each quarter: Add your OKRs

At the beginning of the quarter update the "okrs" tab creating a row for each Key Result, repeating Objectives as needed to reflect multiple KRs per Objective.

Every week: Check your confidence, add your narrative and actions

Every week, add a new conficence score from 0-5 where 0 is no confidence, and 5 is 100% confident that this KR will happen. Add some narrative to explain your confidence and capture "Next actions" that the team will do to increase confidence.

Check the Dashboard

The dashboard tab shows the latest confidence scores and narrative for each Key Result making it easy to see which ones need help. You can use "Filter views" to show only certain teams, Objectives, confidence levels, etc.

At the end of each Quarter: Add your Final Scores & Lessons Learned

At the end of the quarter, update the "final scores and learnings" tab with a final score (0-100%"), outcomes, and lessons learned for each KR.

Note: if you chance a team name, objective, or Key Result, you'll need to reselect the team-Objective-KR key on each confidence update and lessons learned. This is how the dashboard finds the values. Just reselect the appropriate value from the dropdown.
