This workbook is a preparation tool provided by Circular Action Alliance (“CAA”) to assist Producers in preparing the Individual Source Reduction Plan information that must be entered and submitted through CAA's designated reporting portal (the “CAA Portal”).

This workbook is provided solely for informational and convenience purposes. Completion of this workbook does not constitute a reporting submission, does not satisfy any reporting obligation, and does not replace or fulfill any requirement to submit data through the CAA Portal. All official reporting must be completed and submitted exclusively through the CAA Portal. CAA does not receive, collect, or review any data entered into this workbook.

For purposes of this workbook, “Producer” means any entity required or electing to submit data to CAA for purposes of compliance with applicable extended producer responsibility requirements, whether such submission is made directly by the Producer or through an authorized third‑party reporter. References to “you” mean in capacity as a Producer using this workbook.

Producer Acknowledgments and Representations
By using this workbook and submitting data through the CAA Portal, you acknowledge and represent that: 

- All information submitted through the portal is, to the best of Company's knowledge, true, accurate, current, timely and complete. 

- You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of any calculations, formulas, or outputs generated by this workbook before entering data into the CAA Portal. 

- CAA will rely on information you submit through the CAA Portal for program administration, fee determination, compliance assessments, and regulatory reporting, as applicable.

- You agree to maintain appropriate books, records, and supporting documentation for all reported values. Portal submissions may be subject to audit, verification, or regulatory review, and failure to maintain adequate documentation may affect compliance status and/or fees.

- CAA does not guarantee the accuracy of formulas, calculations, or outputs contained in this workbook, and use of the workbook does not shift responsibility for data accuracy, completeness, or compliance from the Producer to CAA.

- If you revise or adjust reported figures in the CAA Portal, you remain responsible for ensuring that all revised values are accurate, supportable, and compliant with applicable requirements.
